DOING BUSINESS WITH ALDERMAN FORD:
 
We always want you to be happy with our jewelry .  If for any reason you aren't, please return it within 7 business days to Alderman Ford, 505 Hampton Trace Lane, Columbia, SC  29209-1936 and a credit will be issued.  If you receive damaged merchandise, please return it immediately for replacement or repair.  Should you require repair at some point after your purchase call 803-447-6630 or contact us at margaret@aldermanford.com.

We use Paypal or take credit cards for all our Online Store transactions.  However, if you feel more comfortable, you can also call us at 803-447-6630 with your credit card information, or call and arrange to mail us a check.  We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  There is no charge for shipping (FEDEX 2nd Day Air) to anywhere in the USA, and we we pay for insurance and any sales taxes that may apply.  Your information is never shared with anyone else.

Since our work is made by hand, each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations from piece to piece.  We use natural cultured pearls, which also can have slight variations in surface and size.   The measurements stated in the descriptions are from top to bottom, and width is measured at the widest point.

Because each piece is custom made, your purchase will usually arrive within two weeks of order date.  If there is a rush, please call or email us.  Also, please let us know if you would like this shipped to someone else as a gift from you.
